Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Foodistry Nutrition Private Limited, promoter of the brand outlet unndu.com (may be referred as Foodistry, or unndu.com) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. unndu.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.

2. Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, only within 30 minutes of ordering if the orders are placed in advance (for pickup or delivery at least 4 hours after the time of ordering). Orders for pickup less than 4 hours from the time of ordering can be cancelled only within 5 minutes of ordering. These time limits apply irrespective of the reasons for cancellation.

3. If the customer has an account on e-commerce website then the Customer can request for cancellation through “My Account”.

4. Alternatively, cancellation of the order can be done only by calling us at 96777 59382 or by sending a WhatsApp message to the same number. In case of cancellation messages through WhatsApp, it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the delivery of the message by a checking whether the ‘Double-tick’ for the message delivery confirmation is displayed in WhatsApp.

5. All Customers will be bound by the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and shall not hold unndu.com liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.

6. In case the Product is found having damage in packaging after delivery of the same and/or the wrong product is shipped, the User can call and ask for return of the Product within 30 minutes of the delivery of the Product.

7. In case of any quality issues, we will refund the cost paid by the consumer to us for the specific product(s). The decision to refund is at the sole discretion of unndu.com.

9. In the event of cancellation/return of order for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy, unndu.com shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.
